Accreditation Made Simple

Preparation for accreditation takes four to six months. Once an organization has submitted its application, deposit, payment, contract, and PER, ACHC will schedule an on-site survey within two to six months, depending on the complexity of the organization, number of services, and locations.

ACHC Accreditation is granted for three years with no annual fees. At any point during the accreditation process, ACHC staff will be available for updates and to answer any questions.
