The California Association for Health Services at Home, established in 1966,  is dedicated to providing  advocacy, education, and information to promote quality home care and enhance the effectiveness of its members.  Their commitment is to build the homecare community, to create an environment to protect patients, their families and its members, and to raise the standard of acceptable care and best practices.


The Community Oncology Pharmacy Association (COPA) is a non-profit organization established to enhance the quality of care for cancer patients. COPA provides information exchange, education, standards, and other resources to help community oncology practices with pharmacy-related issues, including operating in-practice dispensing or retail pharmacies that integrate oral cancer therapy into overall patient care.

The Connecticut Association for Healthcare at Home is the industry champion for quality, cost-effective home health, hospice & community based solutions.

Florida Alliance of Home Care Services (FAHCS) is led by a board of industry experts and maintains a high standard of advocacy to correct and eliminate dishonest activity. This industry provides an essential service to its patients through quality products and professional service. However, as seen repeatedly in the press, our industry has often been tarnished by dishonest activity. Established in January 2009, we fight to protect and preserve the integrity of our industry as providers. We are working with providers and government agencies to take the offensive against fraudulent practices. Our ultimate goal is to completely eradicate unfair practices from our industry.

The Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts, Inc. (HCA), represents nearly 200 home care provider agencies. HCA connects people and organizations to advance access to quality care and services in the home, through advocacy, education, and outreach.

The Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF) is the premiere trade association for the home care sector in Florida. HCAF, formerly Associated Home Health Industries of Florida, was founded in January 1989 and is a non-profit association dedicated to serving Florida home care providers and their vendors. HCAF exists to provide representation, communication and advocacy for these providers, and to give them the information they need to delivery high quality, cost effective services to patients and clients in their home. 


The International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP) is an association representing more than 4,000 pharmacists, technicians, students, and members of the compounding community who focus upon the specialty practice of pharmacy compounding. Compounding pharmacists work directly with prescribers including physicians, nurse practitioners and veterinarians to create customized medication solutions for patients and animals whose healthcare needs cannot be met by manufactured medications.

IAHHC is the voice of Indiana's homecare providers. Our mission is "to advance the cause of home care and hospice through leadership, collaboration, advocacy, and education." We represent all of home care: traditional home health nursing services, home-based and inpatient hospice care, and non-medical services that allow Hoosiers to remain independent in their homes.


For more and 30 years, IMCO has been the premier member service association for the independent medical supply distributors who are a driving force in the physician, hospital, nursing home, home health, EMS, industrial and many other markets. Members of IMCO gain access to specific lines of products, business resources, and services at negotiated prices and rates to be able to be competitive on a national level against national medical distributors. Formed in 1973, the Kansas Home Care Association is now the leading statewide organization representing home care and providing leadership, support and services to the home care and hospice industry in Kansas.

MI Home Care Association

Established in 1981, the Michigan Association for Home Care (MAHC) is the state trade association for providers of home care. The association provides a unified voice for all components of in-home health and personal care.  The association promotes high standards of patient care in the delivery of services. The association advocates for the role of home care services within the total health care system. Its membership consists of over 350 Home Health certified, Private Duty, Hospice, Home Medical Equipment and Pharmacy/Infusion agencies.

The Ohio Council for Home Care and Hospice (OCHC&H) was established in 1965 is a statewide association that represents the interests of home health care and hospice. As "the voice" of home care and hospice, OCHC&H believes in the delivery of quality home and community based health care. OCHC&H advocates on behalf of the industry and provides educational opportunities.


PCCA helps compounding pharmacies around the world deliver personalized, compounded medications that make a difference in people’s lives. Established in 1990, the Rhode Island Partnership for Home Care represents home care, home nursing care, and hospice provider agencies licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health to serve patients and clients in every Rhode Island community. The Rhode Island Partnership for Home Care is committed to promoting quality home healthcare service delivery, ethical healthcare business practices, and positive patient and client outcomes to ensure that access to healthcare at home remains an integral component of Rhode Island’s post-acute and long-term healthcare system.

The South Carolina Medical Equipment Services Association (SCMESA) was founded in 1986 as a nonprofit organization designed to provide education for its members and address Medicare and Medicaid issues affecting the HME industry in S.C.  It is headquartered in West Columbia and is governed by an Executive Director and a 15-member Board of Directors.  SCMESA is a member of AAHomecare, Region C Council and the S.C.
