The National Supplier Clearinghouse is responsible for issuing Medicare enrollment numbers. It is also responsible for enforcing compliance with Medicare’s Supplier Standards. This program will discuss such topics as change of information, including changes of ownership. The program will also provide information on the appeal process, including corrective action plans, in the event a supplier’s number is revoked.
