ISO certification takes our service to the next level.
The benefits of world-class standards for unparalleled benchmarks pass down to you.
Ensuring fidelity to exceptional quality sets ACHC apart from other accreditation organizations. Our job is to ensure the quality of standards among the providers we serve, and it’s imperative that we, too, show our unwavering commitment to quality through ISO certification. The best way to prove our commitment to quality is to have ongoing oversight from the world’s best.
Partner with a world leader in International Standards.
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world’s leading developer of International Standards. ISO is a non-governmental federation of the national standard-setting bodies, and its purpose is to facilitate and support worldwide trade and commerce. ISO does this by developing standards that people everywhere recognize and respect.
Quality sets ACHC apart.
The ACHC and ACHC International Quality Management System are certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards—this sets ACHC apart from other accrediting organizations.
In 2004, ACHC achieved ISO Quality Management System certification and continues to maintain this certification today. ACHC International’s certification was added in 2017. ISO standards specify requirements for high-quality products, services, processes, systems, and managerial practices. ACHC participates in an annual site visit by its registrar, which allows us to hold this certification as a symbol of our commitment to quality.

Meet Record Requirements? New Form Simplifies Survey Prep
Client/patient records are a vital part of the accreditation survey process. When a Surveyor arrives for your on-site survey, your home care or home infusion therapy organization must provide several client/patient record reports during the opening conference. A new ACHC checklist (see details further down) is available to help you assess your organization’s compliance with client/patient record requirements.
